About the Role:

Imperium Construction Services is looking for an experienced Superintendent to lead day-to-day construction site operations. You’ll be in charge of keeping projects on time, within budget, and up to top-quality standards for high-end clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all on-site work for commercial and retail interior projects

• Coordinate crews, vendors, and deliveries using daily and 2-week schedules

• Keep detailed logs and update project info using Procore

• Ensure the site is safe, clean, and organized (OSHA compliance is a must)

• Handle quality checks and final project walkthroughs

• Work closely with the Project Manager and communicate with clients

• Solve on-site problems quickly to keep things moving

What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years of superintendent experience in interior commercial/retail builds

• Strong carpentry background is a big plus

• Skilled at managing multiple trades and keeping projects on track

• Attention to detail and high standards for finish work

• Good communication and leadership skills

• OSHA 62 certification required

• Experience with Procore or similar platforms
