Key Responsibilities

  • Assist guests with check-in, ticketing, flight boarding, and general inquiries.

  • Sell tickets, assign seats, and coordinate special travel accommodations.

  • Handle passenger luggage and ensure cabin security.

  • Operate computer systems for reservations and flight logistics.

  • Make announcements, manage gate duties, and ensure flight readiness.

  • Uphold Alaska Airlines’ safety, service, and performance standards.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Typing speed of at least 25 WPM.

  • Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs.

  • Comfortable with physical tasks (bending, squatting, reaching).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

  • Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Must qualify for and maintain an airport SIDA badge.
