Schedule: Seasonal, Friday–Sunday (hours vary)
Pay Rate: $12.35/hour

About the Role:

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will provide exceptional table service in a fine dining environment within a high-profile cultural institution. This seasonal position requires professionalism, prompt service, strong interpersonal skills, and an understanding of food service etiquette.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders

• Deliver orders promptly while maintaining food safety and presentation standards

• Provide accurate menu guidance, including dietary accommodations

• Handle special requests and communicate them clearly with kitchen staff

• Maintain a clean and orderly dining environment

• Ensure proper setup and breakdown of the dining room

• Operate various food service equipment (coffee machines, soda dispensers, etc.)

• Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues to supervisors as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of fine dining experience

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment

• Familiarity with food handling, sanitation, and allergen protocols
