Job Description:
Tesla is hiring Production Associates for its Gigafactory in Sparks, Nevada, supporting the assembly of battery packs and electric vehicle components. This role involves working in high-tech manufacturing and ensuring top-quality production standards. No prior experience required – full training provided!
Responsibilities:
Operate automated production equipment and robotic systems
Assemble battery modules and EV components
Conduct quality control checks and report issues
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workstation
Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment
Qualifications:
No prior manufacturing experience required – Tesla provides training
Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends
Physically fit (able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs)
Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
