Content Summary: Project Management Coordinator (Content Production) at New York, for Tarte Inc
Project Management Coordinator (Content Production)tarte cosmetics is seeking an enthusiastic Project Management Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of in-house content creation. Ideal candidates should be extremely organized, able to prioritize & multi-task in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, & have a passion for beauty content development.
Responsibilities:Work closely with Director of Production and Senior Project Manager to monitor multiple projects and seasonal campaign launches concurrentlyHelp maintain daily photo & video shoot schedule in collaboration with the Senior Creative Project Manager and Director of ProductionConduct daily recaps, ensuring the scope of work is fulfilled during team weekly assessment meetingsCompiles regular status reports for post-production (retouching) updates for leadership and adjacent teams for full team purviewCollaborate on implemented processes to identity efficiency and identify potential issues before they escalateManage a live production (photo + video) calendar alongside the Director of Content Production and the Senior Project ManagerDaily on-set assistance of photo & video teamsAssist with ongoing model casting & outreach for all photo/video needsAssist with creating contact sheets, organizing and maintaining all still photography assetsHelp track pre-launch product samples in collaboration with the Marketing, Packaging & Product Development teams & assist with organizing all samples for the content teamManage post-production process to ensure assets are saved & delivered as neededWork closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all deadlines are being met
Requirements:BA/BS required, marketing or creative fields preferred1-2 years of professional working experience in a related fieldExperience in photo and/or video production highly preferredDemonstrated ability to multi-taskA stern eye for attention to detail, ensures accuracy and quality alongside leadership and directorsHighly organized with flexibility to adapt to changes & prioritize effectivelyProficient in Google G SuiteAdobe Creative Suite skills a plus but not requiredMust be able to work both independently as well as cross-functionally with excellent written & oral communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitudeOur Perks:Salary range: $62,500-65,000K (Compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill level, relevant work experience & education)Medical, dental, vision, 401K plan & access to health & wellness programsPaid vacation, holidays, summer Fridays, birthdays off, volunteer time & moreMakeup gratis, employee discount on tarte.com, team give back initiativesFriendly, fun, creative & collaborative work environment
