Purpose of the Job:
Store Support Associates help with important behind-the-scenes tasks that keep the store running smoothly. You may assist with online orders, help customers in the parking lot, or work on administrative tasks. Your main goal is to help provide a great customer experience—even if you’re not directly selling products.
Key Responsibilities:

Help customers with loading items in the parking lot

Prepare and organize online orders for pickup

Answer customer questions and help them find what they need

Support store operations, including checking order status and handling paperwork

Monitor store entrance or exit as a Door Monitor (if assigned)

Help with compliance programs and store policies

Work closely with other team members, vendors, and delivery drivers

Keep work areas clean and organized

Be reliable and professional at all times
