As a Senior Site Reliability Engineering Manager at Microsoft, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers to ensure reliable performance of our systems and services. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to define and execute the site reliability engineering strategy.To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record of success in leading SRE teams, managing multiple projects, and delivering results in high-pressure environments. Exceptional problem-solving skills, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently are essential.
