A prestigious global law firm based in New York City is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to join their team. This hybrid role requires two days in the office and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic pricing initiatives and financial modeling for the firm’s legal services.
Job Function
• Develop fee arrangement proposals for existing and prospective clients, which includes alternative arrangements and creative pricing solutions.
• Enhance standardized pricing and budget templates for different types of legal matters, including developing guidelines and frameworks to be applied.
• Design and implement bespoke economic models to project the financial impact of proposed fee arrangements, value-based pricing and alternative staffing models.
• Undertake extensive financial modelling and analysis relating to clients and matters, including data mining, transformation, cleansing and reconciliation.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or CPA a plus.
• 4 years of experience as a pricing analyst at a law firm.
• Advanced MS Excel and Access skills, including SQL and VBA experience..
• Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Project and Visio.
• Specialized in Business Intelligence (and Business Applications) development.
• Legal or professional services experience essential.
