We’re looking for a highly experienced Senior Accounting Manager – Mergers & Acquisitions to join the Microsoft team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership and advice to the company’s M&A initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, a track record of successful mergers & acquisitions, and the ability to think strategically and creatively. If you’re a passionate, driven professional with a commitment to excellence and an enthusiasm to develop and drive financial operations in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.The successful candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on M&A. In addition, you must possess strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. If you have experience in public accounting and/or in a Fortune 500 company, that’s a plus. A CPA certification is highly preferred.
