🔑 Key Responsibilities

New Business Development: Identify and close deals with banks and CRE lenders using CoStar Lender’s data, SaaS, and analytics tools
-
Client Management: Maintain and grow relationships with clients to increase platform adoption and renewal rates

Territory Engagement: Travel within your assigned region to meet clients face-to-face and build trust

Collaboration: Partner with internal teams for client success and strategy alignment
-
Sales Execution: Own the full sales cycle—from lead to close, training, and renewal
-
Market Expertise: Understand CRE lending, SaaS, risk models, and regulatory frameworks
✅ Basic Qualifications

4–8 years in full-cycle solution/SaaS sales to banks or financial institutions
-
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
-
Proven experience managing complex sales processes

Strong communication and consultative selling skills
-
Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel locally

Experience selling enterprise software to banks/lenders

Understanding of CRE lending, risk assessment, and regulatory frameworks

Knowledge of data integration, compliance reporting, and economic models
