🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Development: Identify and close deals with banks and CRE lenders using CoStar Lender’s data, SaaS, and analytics tools

  • Client Management: Maintain and grow relationships with clients to increase platform adoption and renewal rates

  • Territory Engagement: Travel within your assigned region to meet clients face-to-face and build trust

  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams for client success and strategy alignment

  • Sales Execution: Own the full sales cycle—from lead to close, training, and renewal

  • Market Expertise: Understand CRE lending, SaaS, risk models, and regulatory frameworks


✅ Basic Qualifications

  • 4–8 years in full-cycle solution/SaaS sales to banks or financial institutions

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

  • Proven experience managing complex sales processes

  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills

  • Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel locally


💼 Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling enterprise software to banks/lenders

  • Understanding of CRE lending, risk assessment, and regulatory frameworks

  • Knowledge of data integration, compliance reporting, and economic models

  • Experience working with C-suite and large, matrixed clients
