About the Role:

CoStar Group is seeking a Sales Executive to drive revenue growth for its CoStar for Lenders platform. This high-impact role focuses on selling enterprise-level SaaS and data solutions to commercial real estate (CRE) lenders, financial institutions, and banks. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of full-cycle B2B sales and experience selling into sophisticated financial markets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive New Business: Identify, engage, and close new CRE lender clients through consultative, value-driven sales.

  • Manage Existing Accounts: Deepen client relationships and uncover expansion opportunities.

  • Territory Travel: Meet regularly with clients and prospects in-person to present solutions and build trust.

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Align with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client success.

  • Own the Sales Cycle: From lead generation to renewal and upsell.

  • Deliver Insight: Become a subject-matter expert in CRE lending, market data, and risk analytics.


Basic Qualifications:

  • 4–8 years’ experience in B2B SaaS solution selling (preferably to banks, lenders, or financial institutions)

  • Proven success managing complex, high-value sales cycles

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly

  • Strong diagnostic selling skills and a proactive approach


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in real estate data, CRE, or financial risk modeling

  • Background in selling to enterprise accounts or regulated industries

  • Familiarity with banking compliance, stress testing, and regulatory reporting

  • Analytical thinker with comfort presenting technical solutions and insights
