Develop and implement training programs for the sales team to ensure they have a deep understanding of Tesla’s products, services, and mission.

Create and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions that effectively communicate Tesla’s brand, values, and unique selling points.

Partner with sales leadership to identify training needs and opportunities for improvement within the sales team.

Conduct regular training assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new product releases, and best practices in sales training to continuously enhance the training curriculum.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all departments.

Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources, to support ongoing training initiatives.

Coach and mentor sales team members to improve their performance and develop their skills, including product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.

Monitor sales team performance and provide feedback to sales managers on areas of improvement.

Assist in onboarding new sales team members, providing them with the necessary tools and resources to succeed in their role.

Travel to different Tesla locations to conduct training sessions and provide on-site support to the sales team.

Continuously assess and improve the customer experience by identifying and addressing any training gaps or areas for improvement within the sales team.

Represent Tesla’s brand and values at all times, both internally and externally, and act as a brand ambassador for the company.

Uphold a high level of professionalism and excellence in all training initiatives and interactions with the sales team.
