Role Summary:

As a Beauty Expert, you will deliver exceptional customer service and provide personalized beauty advice. You’ll use your product knowledge to drive sales, build client relationships, and stay ahead of beauty trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong, personalized client relationships

• Share in-depth beauty product expertise across skincare, makeup, haircare & fragrance

• Offer custom recommendations & demonstrations

• Promote products, events, and loyalty programs

• Assist with inventory & visual merchandising

• Lead or join educational workshops

• Provide customer feedback for continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of retail or beauty experience

• Passion for the beauty industry and trends

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Flexible availability (weekends, holidays, evenings)

• High school diploma (beauty certification is a plus)

• Expertise in a specific brand is a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Standing/walking for extended periods

• Exposure to fragrances

• Computer and register usage

• Lifting items up to 25 lbs
