Production Representative

We’re looking for an exceptional Production Representative to join our team at H-E-B! Our ideal candidate is a motivated individual with strong organizational and communication skills. With a commitment to excellence and a passion for customer service, you will be responsible for ensuring that all production related tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.If you have experience with production materials and processes, and the ability to work independently while also collaborating within a team environment, we would love to hear from you! The following qualifications are required for this role:

Responsibilities:
Monitor production processes and materials to ensure that they are efficient and accurate.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all production-related tasks are completed on time.
Maintain accurate records of all production activities.
Develop and implement solutions to any production related issues.
Communicate with team members to ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Assist in the development and implementation of new production processes.
Ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure that all materials are available when needed.
Ensure that all production related tasks are completed in compliance with company standards.
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
