Job description
A private family on the Upper East Side in NYC is looking for a Live-In Travel Nanny for their 15-month-old.
They are looking for a professional, well-put-together career nanny. They need someone energetic, fun, well-poised, and responsible. The person must be okay with traveling since the family travels a lot in and out of the country. They spend summers in Europe (Italy and France) and also travel to St. Barts a few times through out the year.
The day starts at 7 AM when the little boy wakes up and goes to bed around 7:30 PM. The nanny will be taking breaks throughout the day, he naps 2 times. They are looking for a nanny who will play with him, read to him, sing songs together, do sensory activities, and be knowledgeable on developmentally appropriate activities, etc.
Someone who enjoys an active and healthy lifestyle will succeed in this role. The family takes pride and stresses the importance on having a healthy lifestyle for their child. This family is wanting to hire someone and keep them on very long term.
Nanny will have private accommodations while living in during the week, but will need to go home for the weekend.

Position Responsibilities
• Childcare: 1 Child, Ages 15 months old
• Housekeeping: No Housekeeping Required,
• Cooking: Help Start/Prep for Dinner, children Meals Only,
• Laundry: Baby Laundry Only
• Driving: Not Required
• Travel: International Travel Required
• The family requires that the person is fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and the flu
Position Requirements
• Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7AM to 7PM with breaks throughout the day. Roughly 40-50 hours/week
• Languages: Strong communication skills in English.
• Experience: 5 Years of Experience
• References: Minimum of 2 References
• Background: Pass stringent background checks and drug testing upon offer of hire
Position Compensation
• Salary: $100,000yr-$125,000/yr – Salary should be in line with experience.
