Job Title: Park Crew Member
Location: Madison Square Park, New York, NY
Pay: $20–$25 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week), including weekends. Shifts available:

• 6:00 AM–2:30 PM (Fri–Tues)

• 1:00 PM–9:30 PM (Fri–Tues)

Job Summary:

Join the team that keeps Madison Square Park clean, safe, and beautiful. Park Crew Members help with cleaning, maintenance, setting up events, and answering questions from visitors.

Main Duties:

• Keep the park clean and safe

• Fix and maintain park equipment (painting, repairs, etc.)

• Set up and take down for park events and activities

• Respond to emails and report issues like damage or hazards

• Help during bad weather or emergencies

Requirements:

• Must be able to do physical work in all weather

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs

• Friendly and good with the public

• Comfortable using email, Slack, and other tech tools

• At least 1 year of outdoor and maintenance experience

• Must be vaccinated against COVID-19 (reasonable accommodations considered)

• Must be able to commute or move to NYC before starting
