Overnight Production Representative

At H-E-B, we are looking for an energetic and reliable Overnight Production Representative to join our team. If you are passionate about working in a team-oriented environment and have a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you!As an Overnight Production Representative, you will be responsible for performing essential duties during the overnight shift, such as packing grocery orders, stocking shelves, and helping customers with any questions or concerns. We are looking for an individual who is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a grocery store or production setting is preferred. The ability to work overnight shifts and lift up to 50 pounds is a must. Responsibilities:
Pack grocery orders according to customer specifications.
Stock shelves with merchandise in an organized and efficient manner.
Answer customer inquiries and resolve any customer issues or complaints.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing all duties.
Monitor production equipment and supplies and report any issues to management.
Load and unload materials from trucks or other containers.
Assist with inventory management and restocking of shelves.
Operate machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
