About the position

As a Microsoft Power Platform Developer, you will play a crucial role in harnessing the latest technologies to develop low-code platforms and create user-friendly solutions for clients. This position requires an experienced solution engineer who can support the management of low-code development platforms from vision to production-ready, addressing complex challenges faced by clients. You will be responsible for translating complex functional and technical requirements into custom designs and development of applications based on the Microsoft Power Platform. Your work will involve creating engaging customer experiences using low-code development technologies, particularly in SharePoint online, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI. In this role, you will collaborate with project and tech leads to develop plans, estimations, and conduct code and design reviews. You will work on projects that address challenges in Public Health, collaborating with your team to build automated business processes within Dynamics and SharePoint and M365, maximizing user-centric, low-code design. Your expertise in web development best practices will be essential to ensure accessibility for all users by developing a front-end that functions across various browsers, platforms, and devices while adhering to accessibility and security requirements. Responsibilities
• Develop low-code applications using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.

• Translate complex functional and technical requirements into custom designs and development.

• Create engaging customer experiences leveraging SharePoint online, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI.

• Collaborate with project and tech leads to develop plans and estimations.

• Conduct code and design reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.

• Build automated business processes within Dynamics and SharePoint and M365.

• Ensure accessibility and security requirements are met in front-end development.

• Support Agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning.

Requirements
• Experience with low-code, configuration-first business application development.
,
• Experience with implementing Microsoft Power Platform projects.
,
• Experience with building model-driven and canvas Power Apps.
,
• Experience with designing and implementing Power Automate and Azure Data flows.
,
• Experience with Dataverse, including design, data modeling, and security.
,
• Experience with the Agile development process.
,
• Knowledge of Power Platform architectural best practices, design principles, administration, and governance.

• Ability to obtain a security clearance.
,
• Bachelor’s degree.

Nice-to-haves
• Experience with SharePoint development and migration.

• Experience with programming or scripting languages, including JSON and JavaScript.

• Experience with Agile team development efforts.

• Knowledge of modern DevOps tools, including content repositories, version control, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code.
