Our client is hiring a HRIS (Human Resource Information System Analyst to lead in their expertise in Workday HR as they move from an SAP platform.

Role Overview

The HRIS System Analyst supports the HR department by managing HR applications, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing training to users. This role ensures that technical solutions meet business needs and promote efficiency.

Duration: ASAP– December 2025

Location: NYC (4 days in office, 1 remote)

Rate: $55-65/hr

Key Responsibilities
• Administer HR systems, including configuration, testing, and issue resolution.
• Manage support ticket reviews and escalate issues as necessary.
• Support various HR systems, ensuring integration with tools like Ceridian and Cornerstone.
• Oversee user access management and collaborate for issue resolution.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and document processes.
• Provide training on HR systems and develop training materials.
• Engage in projects to enhance HR applications and communicate updates to the HR community.
• Helping out team move from SAP to Workday

Qualifications

Skills
• Expert knowledge or certification in Workday HR
• Understanding of HR systems and reporting tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks.
• This role does not sponsor and relocation is not possible
