Looking for a Hospitality Training Consultant (Sri Lanka – Freelance/Part-Time)

I’m looking to connect with a high-calibre hospitality professional—ideally someone with a background in international airlines or 5-star hotel training—to lead structured, impactful training sessions for our boutique hospitality team in Sri Lanka.

The Role (Freelance / Consultant):
• Conduct scheduled workshops on service standards, guest interaction, grooming, and professional conduct
• Help elevate our team to deliver service on par with international luxury benchmarks
• Design practical, hands-on training modules (not generic lectures)

Ideal Background:
• Former trainer, instructor, or onboard supervisor at a leading airline (Qatar Airways, Emirates, Singapore Airlines, etc.)
• OR supervisory/training experience in luxury hotel operations
• Strong communicator with presence, discipline, and an intuitive grasp of service psychology
• Based in (or able to travel within) Sri Lanka—sessions will be conducted in the south

This is not a full-time job—it’s a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys mentoring and has a passion for shaping service excellence.
