About the Role:

As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you’ll deliver outstanding customer service by welcoming customers, guiding them through the store and online experiences, and helping them find products that fit their style and needs. You’ll use your fashion knowledge to engage customers, promote current trends, and provide product information. You’ll also help maintain the sales floor and stock areas to keep the store visually appealing and organized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to enhance their shopping experience.

• Actively promote and sell H&M products and services, including the Customer Loyalty App and sustainability initiatives.

• Stay updated on fashion trends, product offerings, and competitor activities to inform and inspire customers.

• Participate in merchandising tasks such as garment care, restocking, steaming, and creating attractive displays.

• Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas efficiently and according to store procedures.

• Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organized sales floor and stockroom.

• Collaborate with the store team to meet sales targets and support store operations.

• Follow all health, safety, and legal guidelines related to retail operations.

• Passionate about fashion and customer service.

• Communicative, creative, curious, motivated, flexible, and action-oriented.

• Experienced in sales and customer service, ideally in fashion or retail environments.
