Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and direct guests warmly at entry

• Sell and scan tickets; assist with tech issues

• Manage queue lines and maintain crowd flow

• Guide guests through exhibits with enthusiasm

• Take guest photos and share trivia/fun facts

• Answer questions and support guests throughout the experience

• Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness standards

• Process payments accurately

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma (or equivalent)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to follow instructions and maintain professionalism

• Detail-oriented and proactive in guest interactions

• Comfortable with public speaking, customer service, and cash handling

• Familiarity with ticketing systems (preferred)

Physical & Schedule Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods (75%+ of shift)

• Physically able to move within exhibit space

• Operate AV equipment and verbally engage with audiences

• Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays
