Job description
Interviewing now for late May or early June start!
• 1 girl: 3.5 years old
• ASAP start
• Location: Upper East Side
• Schedule: Monday to Friday 40-50 hours per week, 8am-6pm or 9am-5pm, flexibility for shifting hours and staying later is key
• Child is in school Monday-Friday 9am-12pm, in the fall the school schedule will shift to 9am-2pm
• Responsibilities: all duties pertaining to the child, meal prep and healthy meals for child, implementing educational activities, doing arts & crafts, running errands while daughter is in school
• Family has full-time live-in housekeeper
• Ideal nanny is energetic, can be silly and enjoys dance parties and rolling around on the floor with their charges! The family would like a team player, who is creative, and truly enjoys being around children.
• Family travels to the Hamptons from June-August, please be open to 3-4 overnights per week (with additional travel pay)
• Family travels 3-4 times per year separate from summer travel, you may be asked to accompany them
• Benefits: 2 weeks vacation, healthcare stipend amount is negotiable
Bonus if you enjoy yoga or mediation, as the family’s daughter is very interested!
Requirements:
• 5 years professional nanny experience
• Valid CPR/First Aid certification or willing to be certified upon hire (at nanny’s expense)
• COVID-19 vaccination (family requested)
• Driver’s license (family requested)
• Verifiable references
