Finance Manager, IT Controls & Compliance

Job description

Partnering with the Security & Cloud Lead for Finance, drive the overall design, plan, and execution of a comprehensive governance structure to manage the inventory of tools and systems owned and supported by Finance. Partner with Microsoft Digital to drive inventory hygiene, solve operational challenges for the Finance organization and implement a programmatic approach that ensures continuous improvements for Finance-owned tools & systems. Drive periodic risk assessment in partnership with Microsoft Digital to develop ongoing understanding around Finance tools and systems and evaluate adequacy of compliance processes. Develop Controls Monitoring program and requirements for Finance systems and tools and related processes. Support issue remediation with control owners to ensure risks are appropriately addressed.
Be a trusted and independent advisor on Finance tools and systems to the Finance teams and other Controls and Compliance community members.
