Perform regular maintenance and repairs on Tesla vehicles in the field, including electric cars and sustainable energy solutions.
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with vehicles, using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
Conduct thorough inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure the safe and efficient operation of all Tesla vehicles.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed, including parts used and labor hours.
Communicate effectively with customers and provide exceptional customer service, representing Tesla’s brand and values.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve processes and procedures for vehicle maintenance and repairs.
Keep up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and developments in the automotive industry, especially in electric and sustainable vehicles.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance and repairs, ensuring the well-being of yourself and others.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all Tesla standards for cleanliness and organization.
Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve technical skills and knowledge.
Provide support to other technicians and team members when needed, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Represent Tesla in a professional manner at all times, both on and off the job.
Proactively identify and report any potential issues or concerns with vehicles or equipment.
Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety, ethics, and compliance.
Continuously strive to meet or exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company.
