Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of professionals in distribution operations
Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency
Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of distribution systems and processes
Communicate effectively with other stakeholders
Set and adhere to timelines and prioritize tasks
Train and mentor employees on distribution processes
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure successful operations
Monitor and troubleshoot operational issues and develop solutions to resolve them.
