What Youll Do:
As a Delivery Associate, youll drive a vehicle, delivering 250-350 packages per day. You will be a delivery hero in the neighborhoods you serve – delivering hundreds of smiles to customers every day in the form of critical supplies, household goods, toys and so much more. You can expect to work 4-5 days per week and up to 10 hours per day.

What Youll Need:
Must be at least 21 years old
Must have a valid and clean driver’s license
Must be able to move boxes up to 70 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
Must have a positive attitude
Must be able to pass a drug test
Work Environment
Associates will typically work 8-10 hours/day (3, 4 or 5 days a week, holidays & weekends), including 2×15 minutes break stops and 1×30 minutes for lunchtime.
We will propose to reliable and top-performing Associates other responsible positions such as Lead Drivers, Dispatchers and Operation Managers.
Compensation
Salary: $19.00 $21.00 / hour (Including Performance Bonuses) | Paid Bi-Weekly | PTO from first day in the company
Health Insurance: Medical, Vision & Dental for drivers working a minimum of 90 days.
