A NYC Food Protection Certificate is a major plus as well as prior experience (1-2 years) in the food industry, preferably in a bakery, café, or similar establishment. Prior experience (1-2 yrs.) in the food service industry is required, preferably with an independent bakery, cafe or similar establishment.
