CLAIMS NEGOTIATOR – LLB DEGREE ESSENTIAL – CAPE TOWN

Introduction

The Claims Negotiator contributes to the organisational goals by processing (from registration through to settlement) and validating insureds’ (& third parties’) claims within reasonable time frames to meet the insured’s needs and requirements. Results-oriented and thrive within a high-pressure, dynamic environment. The client is seeking a strategic thinker who follows a decisive and proactive approach. A team player who is committed to acting with integrity, responsibility and accountability.

Desired Experience & Qualification
• Matric
• LLB (Must be completed)
• Experience in PI & Liability Insurance is beneficial
• Must be willing to learn and study towards the necessary insurance qualification/certification
• Fully bilingual
• MS Office
