Job Description:
The Senior Solution Architect must apply advanced analysis skills and experience in the principals of Dynamics 365 Finance and operations to provide reliable design solutions and key focus on quality deliverables. Apart from the industry experience, Senior Solution Architect must possess deep knowledge of multiple Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Solution areas, specifically in the areas of supply chain, procurement, manufacturing operations and finance.
The Senior Solution Architect is responsible for overseeing design and implementation of various business solution components, as well as support efforts of specialists in other technical and business disciplines. They will assist in identifying and creatively solving complex customer problems, envisioning and enabling critical processes, and fundamentally helping the customer to achieve their objectives. Must be comfortable in delivering strategic presentations to audience of all sizes and possess excellent communication skills.
The Senior Solution Architect must be effective in fostering executive level relationships and become their trusted advisor with first point of escalation for any solution issues.
The Senior Solution Architect participates in identification, pursuit and closure of strategic business development activities whilst continuing to support the existing projects. The Senior Architect manages presales discoveries, analyzes an organization’s business process and functional needs and demonstrate how Genpact and Microsoft Dynamics can address the customer’s requirements and address their business needs
Role and Responsibilities:
• Business Development: Utilize specialized knowledge of business processes and the Microsoft Dynamics 365 product suite (including related applications and technologies) to support the development and expansion of the solution footprint.
• Solution Design: Analyze business requirements and transform them into functional and technical specifications for Dynamics 365 solutions. Anchor discussions and develop cross-functional solutions for complex business requirements spanning multiple functional areas and third-party applications/ISVs.
• Architecture Development: Design scalable, secure, and high-performing architecture for Dynamics 365 solutions integrating with other applications and systems.
• Solution Leadership: Proven ability to lead design discussions and demonstrate Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to identify client needs and propose innovative solutions. Provide guidance on extensions, integrations, and cross-application solutions. Act as a key advisor, providing guidance and resolving bottlenecks during project execution.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, address concerns, and understand the wider impacts of solutions. Provide on-site and offsite consulting services and support to Dynamics clients
• User Training and Support: Participate in user training sessions and create documentation to assist end-users in effectively utilizing the Dynamics 365 applications.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Recommend and implement improvements to optimize existing solutions.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure solutions comply with organizational security policies and data governance standards.
• Presales Engagement: Collaborate with sales and business development teams to understand client requirements and propose Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 capabilities.
• Develop and present detailed solution proposals, including project plans, timelines, and cost estimates.
• Address client queries and concerns during the presales process, providing expert advice and insights.
• Demonstrate the future state solution enactment of the articulated business strategy in the context of Dynamics 365 F&O, Dynamics CE, Power Apps and Power platform
Experience Profile:
• 12+ years of total experience, including 8+ years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Primary Skill: Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Desired skills: Dynamics 365 Customer engagement, Power Platform
• Strong background in Dynamics 365 Functional and Technical aspects of the solution
• Should have good knowledge of Dynamics 365, Finance, SCM, Commerce and CE Apps (Sales, customer service, marketing and Field service)
• Strong awareness of technical aspects with a techno-functional perspective.
• Implementation Expertise: Hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations and/or upgrade projects.
• Deep understanding of best practices for solution design and project execution within the Microsoft Dynamics D365 ecosystem.
• Stay updated and demonstrate expertise in AI Copilot and other automation capabilities of Dynamics 365 platform.
• Exceptional skills in documentation, presentation, communication, and solution demonstrations.
• Solid understanding of project methodologies. software development lifecycle methodologies, solution architecture, and design principles.
• Ability to quickly adapt to emerging technologies and trends in Dynamics 365 , including AI and automation tools.
• Experience with customers in multiple industry verticals
